Colt snake guns don't suck, but......

I like my colt and love my smiths but a Ruger is built like a tank. My 73' security six. image.jpg

Ouch...I have a Match Champion...ugly as sin....I don't think so...she is a beauty and a trigger slick as butter...

Actually, if it weren't for the big "Match Champion" banner on the side of the barrel, I think that's the best looking GP-100 ever. Most Ruger revolvers are pretty good looking though, even the old Security Sixes had a certain style to them.

I am happy to see that my original post did not result in a flame throwing event, but into a reasonable discussion. I would love to have a Python, but the asking prices are just too much for me.
In the above picture you see my revolver collection.
Starting on the left, and moving down:
1. Ruger .357 mag sp101
2. Ruger .357 Security Six (circa 1985)
3. Ruger .357 Security Six (circa 1975)
4. Ruger .357 GP100 (circa 2005)
5. S&W 686+ .357 (Mint)

To the right, starting at the top:
6. Taurus 608 .357 (has been very reliable)
7. Ruger LCR 22 mag (Mint)
8. Ruger RedHawk .44 mag
9. Taurus Tracker .44 mag
10. Ruger Alaskan .44 mag (mint)
11. Ruger LCR-x .38 spcl +p (love this LCR with the exposed trigger)
12. The little guy in between is a NAA 22r/22mag

My Taurus revolvers have given me zero problems, but they are not close to any of the top three makers. I love revolvers and lever guns.
I have Sigs, Kahrs, Kimbers and AR-15's that I would trade for a Python. I don't want to pay the going prices for a Python, but I would
trade a few quality guns for one.
