DCA has some of the strictest flight rules with the Prohibited Areas around the Whitehouse, TFR’s and their arrival/departure corridors so I would say either ATC or a pilot dropped the ball. Sad either way. Looks like an American CRJ-7 and an Army H-60 got together.
Watching the video on FOX looks like the CRJ was on final and the H-60 flew into them from the right side.
PAT are usually VIP flights.Not just any old UH-60, it seems.
