I really like the wood furniture on an AK. Something about changing it out just seems wrong to me. This is one of the few non wood AK's I've seen that I like.

Thanks everyone. Great thing about it is that it only cost about $120 to change it all out. So its affordable, which is in line with what an AK is all about.

Just alittle update... Got a Millet red dot scope coming in 30mm, home defense ammo, Tapco front handguard (OD green stubby), and Tapco shoulder pad coming. Should have it all installed next week. Now, before I get all kinds of she-ought for getting the shoulder pad, its more for looks than function. It was cheap too. And yes, I did workout today and yesterday.

would you tell me a little bout the stock and where you ordered it from if you don't mind . i have a tapco furniture on 1 i have but i want an adjustable stock , does it take some kind of adapter

Everything came from MidwayUSA, just make sure you order for either a stamped or milled receiver. No adapter, you just unscrew the 2 screws that hold the wooden stock on. Mine took some work to get out but it did come out. Also, the Tapco buttstock comes with a drill bit so you can drill 2 small pilot holds to drill the screws into. Its super easy.
