I own M&P and have shot the rest, all four of those are solid choices. The M&P Pro stands out with the slightly longer barrel. Do you prefer a striker or hammer?

Im not stuck on one or the other as far as striker fire or da/sa. .

Isn't the new full size CZ the P09? I have heard that the P07 is equivalent in size to a Glock 19 (technically a 'compact').

Yes. I suppose my intended thought was anything other than subcompact. However, some manufacturers label their firearms as compact and they might fall into another manufacturers class of subcompact. Others may be labeled as compact but fall more closely to the class of standard or full size/full frame.

Not in any specific order. Contemplating between the following 4 pistols.

-M&P Pro 9mm
-FNS 9

-CZ P07
-FNX 9

In general, I don't think you can go wrong with any of those. My thought is that you should shoot them all and chose based on that.

I have shot them all, and the only negative of any of them to me is the FNX's safety gets in my way. M&P will have more aftermarket stuff. Followed by the CZ. Not a lot fo stuff out there for FN pistols, but great guns.

I think the FNS 9 is the most underrated striker fired gun on the market. It's one of my favorites, and I'll probably pick up the FNS9-Compact before too long. It has my vote.

Loved the ergonomics but hated the mushy ass trigger...
