We are looking for a competent foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites doing erosion control installation. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.
Our office is located in Dunwoody and we begin work at 7:30 every morning so bear the commute time in mind. Pay will be discussed based on experience.

- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce production numbers to reach goals set
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers
- Ensure materials and tools are adequate and loaded properly daily
- Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Drive crews and equipment safely to job sites
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress daily to managers
- Proven experience as construction foreman a plus but will train the right person
- Ability to operate skid-steer
- Some mechanical knowledge to make minor field repairs
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Clean driving record
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma
