Cool old coins at the in-laws

Wife and I made a trip to her folks’ house today. While there they started pulling out their old coin collection. They have a bunch of old silver coins, Mercury dimes, Morgan dollars, some walking liberty half-dollars, wheat pennies, some foreign currency. I thought it was pretty cool. Even have a few steel pennies. Never seen one of those before. A cool British penny with King George and Queen Victoria. A few pics below.

Generally pennies of those era had Britannia on one side and the reigning monarch on the other, so in 1873 it would be Victoria. Most english coinage has the reigning monarch on one side.
