Maybe having the best minds on the task force, having people with the best understanding, the best experience ... - in short, the people with the best chance to develop and implement solutions and protocols that work and who can do it in the shortest time possible, should be on the Coronavirus task force.

Thailand. 7 recoveries so far and no deaths.

If it takes hold in India and Africa the mortality rates will be greatly increased due to lack of hospitals/medical/doctors.

Also, if the numbers get so large that hospitals are overwhelmed, the numbers will sky rocket.
