I went to Woodstock Costco today for a meat run. Plenty of water and TP. Got 33lbs of good meat to butcher for $130, can’t beat it.

What have you heard about taking a zinc supplement as a precautionary measure?

My vitamin C has zinc added.

There is no single best immunobuilding supplement. You need to take several.
I had posted my list a while back.
Is it the only list? No, but, from my resarch, it seems to include all the main supplements important to the immune system.

Visited Mcdonough wally world today. Plenty of everything except rubbing alcohol was gone. The was a front cap that had small bottles but the main aisle in the medicine area was wiped out. Guess people are making their own sanitizer?

Yup.Walmart in Clayton Ga is full of everything in case anyone needs sanitizer or even masks.
