"Brandishing" is a catch all phrase that anti gun idjits love to use whenever they have no real law broken to arrest us with. Thus it is for PERsecution, not PROSecution. It get's my dander up when I see ANYONE, but especially one of US adopting the language and precepts of the liberals. It's like some people feel about the term assault rifle, or high capacity magazine. Terms made up to stigmatize things that have no meaning. Brandishing is a meaningless term. Unless you are POINTING a gun at someone(assault with a deadly weapon) then you are doing nothing illegal...just being stupid. Apparently this guy was not only raging, he was extremely stupid. But, "a documented case of brandishing"? Nope.
