Coyote at close range?

Any concerns about noise or can he just shoot 22lrs out the back door? If he's in town there's another concern with the law, so again Colibri 22lr's are best for that. Very quiet.
Colibri's are very unreliable, I wouldn't risk it. I have had lots of failures to ignite fully, even some stuck in the barrel with my CZ 452.

I have shot tens of thousands of rounds of CB long and CB short ammo when I wanted to hunt small animals and do plinking in a former community landfill that was rapidly being surrounded by housing.

There I hunted mice and rats, squirrels, crows, even rabbits. I shot cans, I shot bottles, scrap lumber, drywall, other building materials. I shot up some old appliances and other junk...

CB's are not something that I would trust to humanely kill a 40-lb yote, certainly not a 100 pound deer. I would want a coyote to die or at least lose consciousness within a minute or two ---not die of gangrene or blood poisoning days later.

I bought one box of Colibrí's and later one box of super Colibri's and I tested them in my backyard against some reactive targets and shot them into stacks of old newspapers or magazines.

I concluded that they were greatly underpowered for any hunting purpose and I decided to stick with CB's instead .
