I would ask your HOA if they would give you permission to deal with it. Send the picks to the HOA prez and simply say that you would be happy to take care of the problem for no charge. Get permission in writing or email. No need to involve city or county.

Nope they are all bunny hugging tree lovers, beside they think coyotes are just dogs that have been treated unkind until someone gets attacked...

I saw one in Newton county last week. It was the first one I have seen in the 20 years I have lived here.

That is one of best best places to shoot them, they have been there since '87...
