I can't tell you how many times I have met an ODT'er to buy something, they hand it to me to inspect or what not, we begin chatting for a minute, then I say "thanks man, I'll be sure to leave ya some feedback" as I head back to my truck... only to be rightfully reminded I have not paid them.

I always count the money and always insist that the seller counts my money and we're good.

Heard too many stories on ODT over the years of folks saying they got home and the buyer's payment was short.

I feel sorry for folks that try to cheat others. And yes, karma will come a callin'.

Had the opposite happen a couple weeks ago. Guy paid me, shook my hand, said it was nice to meet me and got in his truck. I was like, “Do you want the rifle?”
