Creating a Trust

I was looking @heavyd NFA Trust creation site the other day, as I am looking to create a trust, but was a bit surprised/confused that I need to name a co-trustee. Can I not be the only person on the trust in the state of GA?

I plan on going to Dobbs (the man, the myth, the ODT legend) to finalize my form 1 and form 4 for the purchase of a suppressor and the SBR deal. Would I be better off having @Nonliberal handle this?

Looking for ODT user experiences.

you can be the only person but that kinda defeats the purpose of the trust.

With 41P, filing individual is the same as filing with a trust now.

My intention, since I have no one else who will ever use them until much later, is to just get it set up and add people later.

I was hoping heavyd would chime in and help me understand why I am required to name a co-trustee on his online form. Does anyone know the answer to that question?

I dont think you have to but for a quick answer just call his office.
They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
