LOL at how the media and ignorant LE have changed the meaning of the term "active shooter". It USED to mean that a shooter was still on scene and had not been captured yet. Now it's their word of the week and they think it means anyone who's attacked a crowd of people. They use the term in past tense which makes no sense at all. "The active shooter has been caught" is a contradiction. He's either active or he's been caught. He can't be both.
How can this be?
