I found this pistol to be very accurate right out of the box. I shot 100 + rounds and the loaded round indicator fell out and pistol failed to cycle. I sent it back to CZ and 4 weeks later I got it back. Just came back from the range where I fired off 3 mags flawlessly. Mag #4 first 2 rounds no problem. The next round was a failure to feed. Rack the slice to clear and the balance of the mag was again flawless. The next mag same thing 3rd round was failure to feed. Every mag after was the same 2 or 3 shots in I had a failure to feed. I am shooting factory range ammo 230 fmj. I am planning on going back tomorrow with 230 JHP and see if this makes a difference. Any ideas would be helpful short of sending it back to CZ

Could be a recoil spring issue. Either worn out or your loads are too light.

Got it back from CZ and it was the round indicator had broken. Apparently that didn’t happen from lite loads. It’s run flawlessly sense.

I heard CZ stopped making these, it would be really cool if that came out with it as a tactical model with a threaded barrel and suppressor height sights. I love my CZ 75's and have been keeping my eye out for this model for the .45
