I want to try that now with some buffalo chicken and blue cheese.I took a package of fresh pizza dough and stretched it into a greased cast iron skillet. I used alfredo sauce as the base and added chopped roasted garlic, shredded rotisserie chicken, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese. Topped with some chopped fresh spinach. Baked at 450. It was kind of like a thin focaccia bread. It was delicious. I will definitely be doing this again.
