Dead hawk in shed

Went to get my tractor this morning and there was a big dead hawk next to it on its back. No sign of what did it in. Any ideas?

We had a dead one in the warehouse section of our building a while back

Look around..you got a rattlesnake in the barn.
Hawk thought he was going to get dinner and he got killed trying.

Ive seen it happen a bunch a times.
