Ham steak aka Round steak. I like to use deer round steak in Swiss steak. Basically it is simmered for a couple hours in tomatoes, onions and green peppers. Look on the Food Network website for a swiss steak recipe. They have lots of them.

^ Yeah this. I've always called them round steaks. They are good for fajitas.
Fajita marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
the juice of 2 limes
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 jalapeno sliced
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. ancho chile powder
chopped cilantro
Marg, college football, and a deer fajita burrito. Tis a good day
There you go! I usually marinade overnight, and use that recipe for any type of fajitas.
