Department of Justice says if you use cannabis you do not have a second amendment right

I'm torn on this one. It's technically a question still on the 4473, that would pretty obvious they are lying about if they reek of it. And I'm not opposed to recreational use, at home. I don't know how you'd prove he was high or not. Regardless, the argument comparing pot smokers to being childish, increased chance to misuse a firearm, etc, can be applied to drinkers too... Now obviously I feel like you'd get turned away if you showed up drunk/reeking of booze, but being an alcoholic doesn't bar one from their 2A rights, and I don't see why smoking pot should either. That part of the of the DOJ argument is straight out of Reefer Madness

TLDR: Just don't show up smelling like weed, especially in a state that hasn't legalized recreational use.

I'm as pro jazz cabbage as it gets.

But I refuse to sorry for anything bad happening to people who walk around smelling like skunks. Cigarettes, weed, body odor, cheap cologne, expensive cologne, I don't care what it is, if you walk into an area and everyone can smell you I hope bad things happen to you, repeatedly, until you die a miserable death.
