Desperately need help on home! Carpenter/foundation

Wow, that looks like mess....so pull out the cabinets and see how much of the subfloor is rotten. If you cut out a section of the subfloor above the rotten area it would make it easier to repair the rotten areas, you could work from the top and not have to work from the crawl space, or at least a big part of it.
 
Don't bother with the floor until you find and fix ALL the water leaks.

On damage like that, typically you see less than ten percent of what needs repair .

Plan on stripping out everything above and near the trouble spot.

Then add aditional framing in the area and new subfloor and flooring.

Any suspect areas may also need aditional piers instslled.Done properly, will give more support and not create a termite problem.
