Well, I'd rather have a big name go in there than have it sit empty. I'm not familiar with the politics of Dick's, but Kmart and Sears sure weren't doing anything for that shopping center.
Good point. Dick's has deep pockets. It will hold up for a while. Also, it will be fun to go in and get good ideas for things ill buy cheaper online.
The best is the Which Which that opened across the street. I grew up here.. Spent a few years in Brookhaven. Was perhaps a little spoiled by the food options. I was very happy to see them come OTP. It was packed when I went in. People were sitting eating raving about it. It was nice. Took my back to my first time.
