Dillon 550 Reloading Setup?

Roswood -- read your comment re using the Lee Auto Disk with your 550B. Somewhat confused as to whether you actually use it on your 550B or in addition to your 550B. If you use it ON your 550B could you please elaborate on how the set up goes? Does it replace the plate and powder die and funnel, or what? Thank you.

You have to use the respective Lee powder pass thru die with it. I have one of the risers on this one to clear the other dies when adjusting and reduce the chance of powder bridging.

Rosewood -- thank you for the explanation and picture. By any chance are you going to be at the TruPrep "ODT" swap meet tomorrow? I'd like to speak to you further on this attachment to the 550, as it sounds like an improvement over the Dillon for pistol loads. Thanks, Nepag

Like others have said, a good mount, a good light and a bullet tray is nice to have.
