Dishwasher recs?

Probably right. It is a game of 1/8ths of an inch with this thing.

Don't forget, the guy that originally installed your unit wouldn't get paid if he failed to get it to fit. And if it was a Friday, he probably made sure it was done before lunch.

Won't fit and not MY machine? Wrong, in it goes. :thumb:

I just had a Bosch installed today from Lowe’s. Was $539, but if you paid for the install from Lowe’s, Bosch is running a rebate to reimburse you with a rebate gift card.

I paid $35 for the installer to come out to make sure it would fit, and anything else I needed before the install. Very knowledgeable and contracts through Lowe’s and HD, plus do their own work as well. He is on here, but won’t post his info publically. PM me if you want his number, he could at least look and tell what would fit.

Issue is the space, it fits is VERY tight (top to bottom). I went through three before I got one to fit last time. I think the builder installed the tile floors incorrectly (or something).
It appears the Samsung has given up the ghost after 12 or so years. Not sure what's going on but I'm sure it's not worth trying to repair. Not looking to remortgage the house, at all. Besides something that works and comes in stainless, I don't really care. Front/top controls, don't care. Price unfortunately matters most.
And yes, I know the sandwich maker doubles as a dishwasher but I'm trying to keep the sammiches flowing.

If you have the four screw in feet installed and screwed all the way in and still don't have enough room, take the feet off. You'll get an extra 1-2" that way.

Replaced a working but very loud, bottom of the line Whirlpool with an all stainless Maytag. So good so far and It's whisper quiet. Run cycle is about double of the Whirlpool but seems to clean better.
