Do people ever trade their hen for a rooster? And what breed is this?

I told the kiddos this surprise rooster can stay until the first chick hatches. After that it's going to be a nice sandwich or two.

My other option is to trade for an Easter egger hen, they really want one. Is there a general trade ratio? 2 hens for 1 rooster? 2 roosters for 1 hen?

Some type of Moroccan Roo.

And usually people don't trade into Roosters as most don't want or need a roo.
