i spent a little more than that on it, but not much. that $2500 gunsmith figure was exaggerated by about $2400 though......

umm.. what's wrong with that? They came out over a decade ago... LEO buys then decides to get rid of it later. I'm not aware of anything preventing them from selling to the general population. After all, "they" aren't importing it (which is the only thing preventing it's commercial sale here iirc).

happens to me all the time. They are usually friends of other friends. Anybody who knows me , well knows me and what I like. So they try to impress me I guess . "I got this SWEET glock .380.". .380 glock huh? riiiiight. Its sad.
They arent sold to "civilians" which is exactly what he is, claiming to be bought new i dont think so

This guy in my class once told me about his .60 CAL 1911. THE MOST POWERFUM GUN ON THE PLANET. Used by Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry. He had his custom made, with custom made ammo, from a guy who is now dead, so no new ammo. And no he won't shoot it cause it is so valuable, he won't even take it out of his safe deposit box at his bank in the Cayman Islands.....so I began telling him about my .100 CAL Glock.......that I built myself......
Listened to a man tell me all about these two guns he had purchased. The exact type the FBI uses upon closer inspection I found that the FBI is now issuing Lorcin 9mm to their agents. This is the same guy that had some special shotgun loads he got from a GBI agent friend that had small disc on the inside instead of pellets would saw right through a door. Also the same guy that had the back window of his truck shot out and when he called his friend with the GBI they calculated the bullet coming from a bridge that is 1/2 mile through the thickest swamp in Webster county. Couldnt drive a dozer through there much less a bullet. Also has shot more coyotes than any man Ive ever met, some with a Ruger 44 mag at 300+ yards. The list goes on and on there is a reason I dont drink Ive seen its effects on reality.
