You are free to abide by the rules, you are free to not follow the rules and get an infraction, you are also free to leave, no infraction no ban. This is not your site, and there are rules. There are many who think it is cute and fun to post their opinions of price in other peoples ads. Who in the heck make you or others like you the all knowing price expert. You aren't, and quick acting like you know everything. You obviously did not read the rules, and while I do not know everything either, I at least understand the rules and follow them. You don't have to like them rules. But if you want to stay here, follow them or leave. Geez, just how dang hard is it to understand the rules. No, it pops up the "item gone" banner when you close it. We have a new feature in the works where you will be able to allow or not allow comments in your ads without it looking closed or having the gone banner on it.

Now that's awesome. All or nothing, go big or go home.

I like that because I welcome comments on my ads. It adds a lot of fun to the process.

We have rules because OS has the freedom to establish whatever rules he wants on his site. Everyone visiting it has the freedom to go elsewhere if they have a problem with the rules.
