Do you want to end comments in the classifieds?

I never voiced an opinion dispelling rules or comments, I just pointed out that, when people become complacent, **** starts happening they let it happen, This is human nature and is true whether talking on the micro, person to person level, or the macro, person to Government, or system on system interaction.

I agree with you in the larger scale. But this site is so simple. People try and stretch the boundaries which is going to cause a reaction. A reaction that members are not going to like. Especially this guy! I joined this site a long time ago and enjoy it thoroughly. I am tired of people pissing and whining about everything they can. The more **** people stir up the more irritated Steve and the mods are gonna get which in turn is going to cause major changes.

So, I am passive if I obey the rules of this site. I said what I believe, and have said it. Prices don't piss me off, I don't have to buy it. You want to be more aggressive, lobby with the owner and have the rules changed. Voice you opinon in a contructive manner. If it means I am passive because I follow the rules of this site, then dang right, I am passive. I don't mind that you are passionate about certain aspects of pricing, but being passionate about a price, does not make you right. Is that saying what I have to say? Is that agreessive enough on the subject? Probably not to you, but really who cares what you or I think?
No one probably, but, what do we have that is truly ours but our opinion?

Now imagine if the government of your state or county said the same thing... oh wait..? haha, Im just ****ing around now, rules are necesarry, check. But, rules must be: Practical, Fair, Unbiased, and enforceable.

I'd generally agree with the last sentence, but only for rules in society. Rules for private entities can be whatever the owner wants. If OS wanted to ban everyone who didn't start their posts with a smiley face, that's fine on his site as far as I'm concerned.

I agree, you dont **** where you sleep, or this case, where you enjoy something.

You can still have it and voice it, but NOT in another members ad. Start another pricing thread, rail against the inhumanity of a $600 Glock, but not in another members thread. That is not being construcdtive and all you will get is an infraction or banned. I like this play ground and I do not want anymore dang rules. You are pushing the owner to start more rules and this will not be a better place for it. But, do as you please.
