That's pretty much the way it goes too. I have learned to fire people so it's not that big a deal anymore. I don't enjoy it but have found that if you have to fire someone they didn't really want a job anyway.
If I was closer, I'd be all over this.
I think we got it nailed down for the moment but it's always nice to have some resumes lying around. Keep a pool in case things don't work out.
