Does Anyone EVER take their limit of Deer?

Never had the need thankfully.
Some apparently view it as a challenge. Those people are.... "not well". And likely don't let something like a law stop them.

Disease and insurance companies are the reasons for the high harvest limits. I'm betting if every hunter limited out, we would see a drastic decrease in deer populations. However, there are a lot of hunters that are thrilled to get a doe every couple of years, and have never killed a buck.

The early doe weekend for modern rifles has really bumped up the numbers so far. Our county is at a 4:1 doe to buck.
Every year I kill my limit of doe and I still see 3 times as many doe as bucks. It's been 20+ years and probably 30 since I killed 2 bucks in Georgia. Killing deer isn't a problem, killing bucks that weight 200lbs plus on a scale is.
