So....I suppose we now have a definition of a "sniper rifle"....maybe soon, we can have a definition of an "assault rifle" all these snipers out there....just what is it that they are doing...I do see many "sniper rifles" here....what's up with that?? who's sniping what??

Using demonrat logic this would include any rifle that fires any cartridge capable of firing greater than 100yds with relative accuracy.
AKA every rifle.
Assault rifle= any rifle that is deemed scary looking that can hold more than 10 rounds.
AKA any auto loading rifle.

The said threats were specific and custom fitted to match the elements of the crime alleged to have occurred in violation of the Federal statute and the probable cause need ed to secure a warrant. Under normal circumstances the US Marshal will be tasked with serving the warrant or the Secret Service as the case may be. The urgency of the Be-dimm visit gave the FBEYE the opening needed to close the loop and use the powers of the Patriot Act to eliminate the "threat" and send a message. Got to love coincidences...
