Well l@@k at all the money he saved by not having yearly renewal of the tags for 23 years, plus the tag taxes, plus not having yearly insurance either??

That guy just understands basic math. I used to get tickets for not having a tag on my motorcycle all the time. $15 a piece if I remember correctly.
