Will it hold a speed strip?

Dump pouches were made to be mounted upside down, so you'd undo the snap and at the same time you push it open the side of your hand while your palm is facing upward. Gravity will dump the six cartridges into your hand.

You load your cylinder manually from there.

Obviously this is for cops who didn't use speed loaders.
