EBR trigger shoe on the M1 Garand

Of M14 EBR trigger shoes, here is a comment from another forum.

" I just recently tried the Gen II on a friends M1 Garand CMP Service Grade. I was rather impressed by the shoe. It turned the gun into a target rifle as opposed to a service rifle. I felt like I knew exactly when the hammer would fall and was able to call my shots. This shoe has improved my friends shooting abilities as he has bad eyes. One of the amazing things is that there is no need to stone the hammer hooks or do any other so called "trigger job" with the shoe.

H2O MAN have you had the chance to take it out with the new shoe? If so, what are your thoughts?

I am using the Gen II shoe on my M14, it works great with a pistol grip stock as well as a standard stock. I like the lighter feel of the trigger itself, and the smooth / comfortable wide space the shoe gives my trigger finger.

The 'Chicken Wing' hold works best when the trigger shoe is utilized with the standard M1 & M14 / M1A stock.
