I don't think you are a rude jerk.

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing. A group of guys is heading up a divided hwy slower than I want to travel, and you are telling me I should not pass them because of their jacket decorations?

That's exactly how I interpreted him. Looking at his earlier posts I dare say we were correct.

Motorcyclists use the word "freedom" to describe the feeling they get when they ride. What you ride, how you ride and what you do to your ride is about expression.

Very well said and I can dig it. I'm not a biker and needed clarity. I have seen plenty of bikes over the years and they can be impressive, not to mention expressive. Works of art definitely.

Surely any group of males wanting to play chicken on a motorcycle against a Chevrolet have unquestionable judgment, and we should all just get out of these geniuses way. Once again my right to travel the highways and roadways will not be unlawfully impeded by a bunch of road thugs.

Thanks captdave, I'm not always a rude jerk just mainly in this thread because of the pain meds I took last night for an old back injury. What I was trying to say last night was about clubs like the Hells Angels and the Outlaws, some of those guys ain't real nice. But when it comes to guys just out riding, pass em'. A lot of folks wear patches, I wear a big back patch with the yellow ribbon in the middle that says "Support Our Troops Defending Freedom" another one above it has to do with the victims of 9/11 and a drawer full of other ones that will be put on when ever I get around to it.

That's exactly how I interpreted him. Looking at his earlier posts I dare say we were correct.

I guess I should say ouch?

that all depends on if you need to then try, if they dont let you pass then fall back or get out of thier way, most would be happy to let you follow them.

hmm.. okay. I guess worst case scenario I could just make a hard right into the woods on my DS. lol

still learning this bike stuff. A whole 'nother culture for sure.
