Oh, cool. That’s good to know. I guess it’s been a long time since I looked. I came up short one weekend when I planned to do some smoking, and bought a truckload so it wouldn’t happen again.
Not sure, I use my top and bottom vents to control air flow and have no problem

I have the 30” Masterbuilt. It is my first smoker. It has been super simple to use and everything has been delicious.
I’m doing a butt, chicken, ribs and @Leatherhead poppers in it for tomorrow.

You guys think that electric is better than lp ??
I will say when you have sausages and brats on the smoker when it’s snowing and then the power goes out it pretty much sucks.
But, I worry about my power going out a lot less than my grills propane tank running empty when I’m cooking.
Another vote for the master built. Well insulated, holds very steady temps. I have electric version which I like, with electronic control and remote. Great for longer cooks like butts. That and big weber grill keeps us covered. Buy once use forever.
Had one of these for almost 10yrs.
Can't get much easier and cheaper.
