Had to make an emergency trip to Lexington. My wife’s close friend was visiting her husband on a job in KY and he had a cardiac emergency and is on life support since Wednesday evening.

We came up to help watch their three kids so she can be in the ICU room with him.

Please pray for complete restoration and life back into Frank, he’s 38 years old.

I’ve got my two kids, her three kids, and my wife… it’s cold, overcast, slightly windy, and not ideal to really out with the pack… what are a few things other then the tracks to do around here?

The Bourbon Trail isn’t an option unfortunately

Horses, lots of horses....

I can never remember the name, but there's a local pizza place off the Georgetown exit from 75 that's excellent. Fat something or other.

The Ark Encounter is somewhat nearby, it's interesting to see but somewhat expensive for what it is IMO. There's also a Cabela's in Lexington, worth a visit if you've never been to one.

Cabela’s may be a good place since it’s indoors and I can just let them all go explore with a meet up location.
