Enclosed Patio(General Contractor)

Any general contractors who could give me an estimate on a patio enclosure? I have an existing cement slab on the back of my house and I want to enclose it something like the photo below.

Has it's own heat/air split system.

Wrong time for a project like this though...lumber & materials are HIGH

You are absolutely right about material prices. Had some cement poured just before Christmas - JUST DAMN Sir!

12x20 and there is a light on the outside and an outlet. I want to add additional wiring for ceiling fan and accessories, i.e., televisions space heaters and such.
