FAL Clone questions

[MILSURP Collector]

Just bought a Century Arms R1A1 Sporter, Inch mag cut and some interesting markings. Probably assembled from parts. Will shoot it next week. Has a Tapco rail cover.

Any info about the receiver markings appreciated. Looks British/Commonwealth arrow, some star marking

and a "A" above the trigger..
