What did you see on/in the profile that would lead you to make such a statement?
I started a thread earlier today about the defense of others when they can't legally defend themselves. I guess nobody wants to visit that grey area lol
Well either way this goes I doubt there are very many of us here that haven't been in that kids place before. I remember several times in my teenage years when I was sneaking around with a girl in her house and hoping her dad wouldn't find us and kill me.

Yep... momma's little angel. His photo with "By the way, we do punch b'tchs." was nice, too.

Sorry, I disagree that the father made an error in judgement. He did the right thing with the information he had available. I'm sure he will be burdened by it for the rest of his life, but that just makes him human, not wrong.there were serious errors in judgment by all parties involved living and dead..
The father will have to live with what he did even though he thought he was right at the time, and daughter will have her own private torment for many years and the boy, hopefully he made peace with his maker..
The only thing "grey" is the reasonable cause to believe clause in the law. Did he have reasonable cause to believe his daughter was in danger? Yes!
If you ever use your weapon to defend yourself or others and find out after the fact that, even though there was every reason to believe it was necessary at the time, that it actually was not, are you going to beg the DA to charge you with murder and then voluntarily plead guilty?
Yep... momma's little angel.
The fact he's black and apparently the father is not (or is he? kind of hard to tell) I'm sure won't be an issue to 'Zimmerman' this father either.![]()
