lol ok dude. let's all pretend he had a gun even though there is no evidence whatsoever to support it. It's not like it would've been in the police report or anything

"In the moment", I doubt he sat back and analyzed the situation the way we all have the ability to.

If I have a gun on you and say "don't move" in my home at night, and I don't know you- I don't give a crap if you're just some meat for my daughter, a burglar, rapist or a time traveler who teleported into the WRONG DANG HOUSE, if you move you're getting shot.

Some of you folks must have lived a sheltered lifestyle or are hard as nails if you think you can break down a situation like that, QUICKLY, under the stress of facing an intruder into your home.
it's not his daughter's home to invite strangers into after all....

Daughter is a dumb chick with a heck of a ride ahead of her (Civil lawsuit for sure), which really sucks because the parents will have to foot the bill.

Also, always remember the 3 reactions to threatening stimuli:
Fight, Flight, Deer in headlight.

Not every rape victim screams or calls for help.

So lets not crucify dumb daughter JUST yet, this IS the media reporting after all. They love to twist and cook stuff.
