And yes, although not exactly a Christmas movie, the original Die Hard.

I'm old and can't remember what else I used to like

My wife loves the original 30 minute Grinch TV special. I never related to it, at all. We just let that be.

Oh and A Christmas Story. The movie was pretty good, but reading the original stories by Jean Shepherd was better.
