Alright Dinky, you inspired me. I don't have enough time for the crock pot, so I left the beef in big chunks, and put them in 2 Dutch ovens since it wouldn't all fit in one. They're both in the oven now until dinner time. Sure looks and smells good so far. I didn't measure anything, just threw it all in until it looked right
