He recorded it at some point in 69 and released it in 70.Did he write it for Loretta? She recorded it in 1970. He recorded it in 1971. Anyway...I never was a Conway fan. My mom is big time. I remember sometime in the 80s when I was in HS some DJ stating that he never wrote a song..guess he was wrong. Not one of those things I sought verification. We didn't have internet back then anyway.
