One of the most beautiful colored fish when they come right out of the water and fun to fight when they jump. Also great eating. I love grilling a dolphin steak that's been marinated in Italian dressing overnight. Congrats on a great fishing adventure and some awesome fish!

Agreed. Those things are awesome when they flash colors. IMO the best tasting fish that swims. Congrats!

Yes it was beautiful everytime it jumped during the fight, very cool
