Not really. If people witnessed someone taking what is rightfully yours and throwing it in the water then it would be quite simple.

Jerk my fish away and toss it back.........that is assault and theft , the one that did it would prob get a chance to see if "whoopin" an old man's az is easy as he thought it would be when he started his bullying.
Hey, wait a minute, it just hit me , assaulting old people abuse....tougher penalties..
Someone in the group should have been recording on cell and called 911 AFTER the old guy decked the "assailant".
