last Sunday. Fished Saturday Earls Ford /Warwoman... nothing to speak of. Sarah's Creek on Sunday about the time I needed to pack up and head south I started catching fish... that's how it rolls sometimes.

Had my 13 YO son out on the toccoa and a stream near there yesterday. He managed 5 browns and a rainbow! Take a kid fishing! Once you get them out there they are so engaged and focused. He discovered he really likes fiberglass. fly rods. Crazy.

fished Tallulah and Coleman River this weekend. Several nice browns and few tiny brookies...... picked up a whole lotta trash. People setting up pikniks on every sandbar and leaving tons of it.
The plus is my wife got her brown and brook for her trout slam

Shame on the trash. Been seeing a lot of trash at the parking areas on the river in Habersham County. People are pigs and calling them Trash is an understatement.

Brookies are on my list . My son and I are going to target them next. If we get a brookie that’s all 3 species this year we will have caught.

I expected to catch them up coleman river(and did) but not off cat gap road where the water was warmer and shallow. Only one though there but the other fish were fun on the light tenkara rod. What ever species of bream this is was very feisty. And the warpaint shiners were plentiful and fun to catch. I could have filled several sardine tins full.
