Food from China

For all that enjoy tilapia consider this. They normally eat algae in their natural state but if for whatever reasons natural food sources are unavailable they can and will eat poop directly. Asian fish farms over the last few years have been caught feeding sheep or pig excrement to them since it's cheaper than buying proper food.

My neighbor was the head chef at Red Lobster. I could buy seafood at Red Lobster prices.

So I was going to have a low country boil, got him to order some pre-cooked crawfish. The crawfish came from China.

I didn't like tilapia the first time I ate it. Other than cheap, it has no taste. that's why restaurants push it, and people have been trained to like it. It tastes like whatever is put on it, and God forbid, it doesn't taste fishy.

Fish that tastes fishy is a real turnoff for the millennial snowflakes.

I LOVE Smithfield ribs... so I checked...

>What's True
>Smithfield Foods was sold to a Chinese company in 2013.
>What's False
>China will not be slaughtering and processing hogs raised in the U.S. and shipping them back to America.

Still checking the rest...
shipping costs are the highest, makes no sense to send a product across the ocean twice

Actually, shipping costs are trivial when you send stuff slow-boat in a container. Labor costs, regulatory costs, legal costs... all those cover shipping stuff around the world and back several times over.

China is the source for a lot of food and medical products you wouldn't expect, and basically everything that comes out of there is pure garbage.

Does anyone remember years ago when China got caught using human waste as fertilizer for their export produce ?
They're filthy vermin scum
