Actually, that's not going too far at all...a 60hp tractor in 1st gear can probably tow even more. Gear ratios can make it happen with minimal engine power

a 60 hp diesel tractor makes a lot more torque than a gas 4 cyl....If I have time when I get home I can do that calcs. If I can find the info I need anyway.
