Well, I can't really make out the date on the stamp, but the guy had a note in with the packaging. My double hook is a lighter yellow, less green but it has the black rivets that help indicate being Afghan era.
My normal green one looks marked 1991 also? It doesn't have the 2nd line underneath so I'm not sure. And I can't really make out the date on the padded double hook...
That double hook sling stamp looks odd.

It was sold to me as Russian (which doesn’t prove anything lol) but it does look exactly like this one:

Hangaurd vents are plugged with surgical gauze?
