Does it cover basic CPR and stuff as well or only bleeding related?

I’m not the Instructor, and I haven’t seen the course yet, but I do believe that it’s specific to controlling bleeding.

There is a link above to an online pre-training that is supposed to go over the curriculum.

As a STOP THE BLEED Instructor, I can wholeheartedly recommend this course for anyone, especially those of us who carry guns and spend a bunch of time at ranges.

This course is not just "Put a tourniquet on it" which is the lowest common denominator that many First Aid courses have devolved to. It shows ways to stop bleeding in places where a tourniquet isn't an option (torso, head, neck, et. al.).

I chuckled when the surgeon teaching the course suggested just jamming a finger in a bullet hole. He asked what was so funny. I said, "You had better make sure that I am VERY unconscious first, because if I'm not, I'm punching you in the face!". We all got a laugh out of that one.
